With the boost function disengaged, it provides a mild to fierce boost (depending on gain setting), with lots of bottom, easily recreating psychadelic guitar sounds of the '60s. When the boost is engaged, the gain becomes much more sensitive and is capable of unleashing the most hairy 'in your face' fuzz mania by adding a wild subharmonic beneath the selected fuzz setting.
